Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Eduhajj platform, you acknowledge that you:

• Are at least 13 years of age (or have parental consent if younger).

• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

• Agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided through the platform.

Eduhajj grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform components.

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks.

• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect platform data.

• Engage in any activity that interferes with platform performance.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions.

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

•Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and wallet private keys.

•Account Activity: All activities that occur under your account.

•Accurate Information: Providing truthful and current registration information.

•Prompt Notification: Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Eduhajj cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. Do not share your wallet seed phrase with anyone, including Eduhajj staff.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for inactivity exceeding 24 months.

The $EDHA token and all digital assets on the Eduhajj platform are subject to the following terms:

•No Financial Advice: Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.

•Volatility Risk: Digital asset values can fluctuate significantly. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

•Regulatory Risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance in your location.

•Wallet Responsibility: You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys. Lost keys cannot be recovered by Eduhajj.

•Token Utility: $EDHA tokens are utility tokens designed for platform engagement, not as investment vehicles.

•No Guarantee: We make no guarantee regarding the value, liquidity, or future existence of any digital asset.

Users may create, upload, and trade content and NFTs on the platform:

•Content Ownership: You retain ownership of original content you create, but grant Eduhajj a license to display and distribute it on the platform.

•Prohibited Content: Content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or violates Islamic values is strictly prohibited.

•NFT Transactions: All NFT transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

•Platform Fee: A 2.5% Ujrah (service fee) applies to all marketplace transactions.

•Creator Responsibility: Creators are responsible for ensuring their content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

•Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms without notice.

The Eduhajj platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

•No Uptime Guarantee: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

•Technical Risks: Blockchain networks are subject to technical issues beyond our control, including network congestion and protocol changes.

•Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eduhajj shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

•Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

•Beta Features: Some features may be in beta and are provided without warranty.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with:

•Jurisdiction: The laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

•Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

•Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia.

•Sharia Compliance: Certain platform features operate under Islamic finance principles. Eduhajj is committed to Sharia-compliant practices.

•Severability: If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

By using Eduhajj, you consent to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for any matters not subject to arbitration.
